Weigh-In 3 of 2012

I’m finally doing my Weigh-In Wednesday post… and I’m UP this week.  I guess I should’ve been grateful for last week’s loss like my fellow blogger Jenn added.  I am obviously disappointed.  I know I did indulge on Saturday while the some of my sorority sisters and I went to Wine, Dine & Gamble at Mohegan Sun.  But that’s the only real day I messed up… oh and a glazed donut at church on Sunday.  I didn’t know how to say ‘no’ to the old ladyy! smh… I could’ve tho, obvz.

But I was GOOD the entire weeeeeeek!  AHHHH!  My two silver linings in all of this are 1) I set up an appointment with a new primary care physician for a physical under my new insurance plan.  I’m not used to needing referrals, I guess my past insurance plans were a heck of a lot better than THIS nonsense.  Ugh.  So anyways, during that appt. I’m hoping to get 3 referrals for: a nutritionist, a psychologist and a chiropractor.  I’ve always loved being adjusted by the chiropractor.  I always leave feeling relieved! So hopefully that’ll all work out because I must see a nutritionist ASAP! I’m doing research on this next nutritionist too… none of this wacko quacko nutritionist junk.  There’s $40 of a co-pay I’ll never see again.  heh. AND, the other silver lining being that my clothes are fitting me a little bit better, oddly enough.  Like I can feel a slight change in the looseness of my watch on my wrist too.  So I know I haveee to be losing inches, at least (I hope).

Either way, I mustn’t let this discourage me.  I have NO room to slack or go back to old ways.  If I don’t continue going in some positive direction I’ll be 300lbs in nooo time.  HELL NO!  That will NEVER happen again!

Sooo… I will pray for a miracle next week… but it doesn’t stop from making me feel hopeless about this situation.  I’m trying to be positive, I really am.

P.S. Sorry for being such a Debbie Downer lately, but I hope you can understand my frustration.

P.P.S. I did a mile in 15:56 mins today! I know that seems super slow for most of you, but it’s a damnnn accomplishment for me! I’m getting quicker and strongerrrr… (third lining, i suppose) haha
